Jeffrey C. O’Brien is an attorney with the Minneapolis law firm of Mansfield Tanick & Cohen, practicing in the areas of business transactions, real estate law and estate planning.   He is licensed in the State of Minnesota since 2000 and in the State of Wisconsin since 2006.  He is also on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Microbusinesses (“AAM”).

A primary emphasis of Jeffrey’s practice is working with startup businesses and entrepreneurs through the Firm’s INCubation Center program which provides a comprehensive, relationship-based approach to launching and growing new ventures.

 A resident of Albertville, Minnesota, Jeffrey is active in the local community as a member of the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce, the Becker Area Chamber of Commerce and the Wright County Economic Development Partnership.  He is also active in social media and blogging, and is the author of the blog “The Business Man’s Lawyer”, at http://blog.jeffreyobrienesq.com.
